This is done through the introduction of smart digital solutions, which are directly crucial to being at the forefront and meeting high customer demands. And here F\u00e5rbo has come a long way.  <\/p>\n\n<p>At the end of January this year, Mikael was the keynote speaker at a seminar in Brussels attended by EU Commissioner Roxana Minzatu, whose responsibilities include skills and quality jobs.  <br\/><br\/>Mikael&#8217;s main message was that over a two-year period, F\u00e5rbo&#8217;s productivity increased by more than 100%, while revenue increased by more than 200% with the help of digitalization and AI.
