The school works closely with industrial companies in the region, including F\u00e5rbo Manufacturing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her 5-week internship at F\u00e5rbo Manufacturing Agnes says she likes to see concrete results of her work, which she can do in her job as an operator. She applied to F\u00e5rbo herself, with some help from her teachers to make contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agnes feels that it is fairly easy to get a job if you show your skills and that the training has been good and concrete. A comment for future jobs from Agnes:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">\u201cIt&#8217;s important for me to be part of the group and to feel included.
